Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible for your data

[Razón social] (“Kuerii”), with its address at [Domicilio] and tax ID (RFC) [RFC], is the controller of the personal data you give us through this site, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (as reformed in the Official Gazette on March 20, 2025). For anything related to your data, write to luis.rodriguez@kuerii.com.

2. What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form we collect:

• Name
• Role
• Company
• Work email
• Area of interest
• What you tell us in your message

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include any in your message.

Our hosting provider also logs technical data for each visit (IP address, browser type, date and time) to run and protect the site.

3. What we use your data for

Primary purposes, needed to handle your request:

• Answering your message and scheduling the call you asked for.
• Following up commercially on your request, for example by sending you a proposal.

Secondary purposes, not needed to handle your request:

• Sending you information about our services, cases and publications.
• Building internal statistics about the requests we receive.

If you do not want us to use your data for secondary purposes, write to luis.rodriguez@kuerii.com with the subject “Secondary purposes”. You can do so at any time, and it will not affect how we handle your request.

4. Who we share your data with

To run the site we use providers that process your data only on our behalf and under our instructions (processors):

• Resend, the email delivery service that brings us your message. Its servers may be outside Mexico, including in the United States.
• Our cloud hosting provider, where this site runs.

We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties without your consent, except where the law allows it without consent, for example when a competent authority requires it.

5. Your ARCO rights

You can access your data, rectify it if it is inaccurate, cancel it or object to its processing (ARCO rights). You can also revoke your consent or limit how your data is used.

To do so, send your request to luis.rodriguez@kuerii.com with:

• Your name and a way for us to reply.
• A document proving your identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the requester.
• A clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise.
• Anything that helps us locate your information.

We will answer within 20 business days at most. If your request is granted, we will carry it out within 15 business days of our answer.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above. After that we block and delete it as the law requires.

7. Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie, kuerii-locale, to remember the language you chose. We use no third-party cookies and no tracking or advertising tools. It is functional and strictly necessary for the language choice, so the site only shows a notice and does not ask for consent. You can delete the cookie from your browser settings.

8. Authority

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been infringed, you can turn to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Mexico's Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Ministry), the competent authority since the 2025 reform.
